Cold weather has been predicted both for the Western Cape ... A second cold front was expected to hit the Peninsula on Tuesday, with a maximum of 15°C forecast and an 80% chance of rain. A warning was issued for heavy rain in certain parts of the Overberg and Southern Cape.
